Revised artwork from Inflight200 (lighter colour used on the Eagle’s head).

Not something I collect, but I do like the unique nose art on this bird.

    Thanks for sharing

I finally managed to source some decent higher resolution photos thanks to Aviation Book author Pat Martin.

Good photos of the scheme are hard to find.

One detail that the pics revealed is the Eagle head from the Squadron Badge on the vertical fin.

I have forwarded the info to Inflight and hopefully the Eagle head on the tail will be added.

    First photo from Inflight200.

I helped with the research on this one.

All corrections have been incorporate. This includes the deletion of the underwing pylons which Auroras never used operationally (pointed out to me by an Ex-Aurora Flight Engineer!).

That's an outstanding looking scheme. Well done on getting it happening Dan. I love this airframe. Loved the Electra too.

    That is super nice.

Interesting about the underwing pylons - I have built a number of 1/144 Orions from the LS/Arii/MicroAce kit, which always has to have those pylons removed.

Thanks to Chekur6 who pointed out an eBay listing - I finally have an undamaged copy of the first Aurora release.

My copy of the Eagle’s head Aurora should be arriving soon for a comparison.
