I was a huge fan of the CP Air orange red and bare metal livery. I was luck enough to fly on one of their stretch DC8's Sydney to Vancouver and a 747 (Empress of Italy) Vancouver to Toronto

My flight from Nadi to Vancouver when I first migrated to Canada was on a stretch 8. Of course I was only two at the time, my mum told me years ago that she remembers the flight. First time on a plane and for some reason the very front of the plane would bend from side to side, at that point I knew it was a Stretch 8. True era of aviation.

    Great pics Paresh.

Say, I didn't know you're from Fiji. Cool story on the stretch 8. I flew the orange DC10 from Van to Nandi in the early 80s. On the way back I got to see the flight deck, in flight. Sadly not happening today.

Don't know why I didn't buy the westjet disneyland. They're practically extinct. I wish the "Frozen" version would show up.
