Thanks to Netflix I have watched all 4 Seasons and I have to say the show
"Jumped the Shark" when Peter decided not to go back to his timeline. Bringing Bell back was an interesting twist. To me it just seems they ran out of material and decided to come up with another timeline.

So the withdrawal begins this morning...

Good wrap up, and a lot of influences from other stories. Some hints of WWII resistance and occupation, the overall theme of love, and a lot of things that reminded me of the Left Behind series of books (mostly the mark on the faces of the loyalist cowards).

I really dislike post-apocalypse stories, so I liked this one which had an invasion in the future, but still modern civilization (mostly); not everyone living in caves and wearing rags.

Some unanswered things like did Walter ever exist now, will Etta join Fringe, all that timeline what if? Kind of like Eureka resetting the timeline.

There are the makings of a movie or a spin off from Fringe. I think there would be a Walter living in the future with the technology to perfect time travel, AKA Doctor Who or Doctor Walter.

But J. J. Abrams now has a bigger project on his plate with Star Wars.

I think I am going to have to re-watch it again from the beginning to remember a lot of the timelines, alternate universes, the Plan, present/future/past, etc. Sort of like three or four shows in one.

I'm going to watch again, but I think I will get all the seasons in the DVD Blu-Ray sets so I can get all the extras and commentaries on the shows.
