    This model is bloody stunning.. The livery and the aircraft type are just A1.. How much is this model going for??
    Push for Props: Alitalia DC-3, DC-4, DC-6, DC-7, Viscount, Convair 340/440 Metropolitan & Curtis C-46...

    The intakes need work and the seams on the sides of the engines spoil a relatively good looking model.

    Is this Hogan plastic or Hogan diecast? Either way it looks a fine model.

    Not exactly. Inflights are two-parts hollow models.

    This one is solid diecast zinc alloy, much heavier than an Inflight.

    Would be better if they had it made out of aluminium.

    The seams are barely noticeable in person and hardy a spoiler and certainly not a reason to pass up this model!!

    That is one fantastic looking model, great photos, that show it well. I once flew on one, back in the day to Paris. A lovely scheme on a great aeroplane. What it needs to accompany it, is the smell of Gauloises at Charles De Gaulle!
