    Love that Varig CV-990 shot Sal! That plane is a beautyyyyyyy!!!!

    Varig Cargo 707- PP-VLU has been missing now for 30 years. It crashed after departure from Tokyo in 1979. No trace was ever found of it. It perhaps is the largest aircraft ever that has "vanished".
    The DC-8 is the best commercial supersonic aircraft ever built!
    OK, so it was only one flight, for a short time, and in a shallow dive. It still counts!

    Proud to be a honorary Australian citizen.
