Historic Aircraft Models 1/200 - Tupolev TU-144 (SST) Aeroflot Canards Open

Tupolev Tu-144

The Tupolev Tu-144 (NATO reporting name: "Charger") was one of the world's only two supersonic transport aircraft (SST) to enter civilian service, along with the Concorde, and was constructed under the direction of the Soviet Tupolev design bureau headed by Alexei Tupolev.

I want to thank Paul (EXPO) for the bullet proof packing job all the way from the UK!!

Awesome. Kinda reminds me of Snoopy. If it comes out in 1/400th scale, then I will pick one up for sure.

That is a great find, well done. Love the side by side photos with the Concorde.

I have had the model power for a long time not but there is no comparison here.

This model is a very high quality piece of model airplane. They I believe are hand made and the workmanship is simply awesome, I am certainly going to buy more of these!

A real collector's piece!! This one's going into my cabinet with my other real Russian models!!

Of course that there is no comparison. The model power model cost about $10!

And for this price this is very good.

edit: here it is

But this one looks like it can "bend" its nose down. None of Sal's photos showed his model has that capability. Ooooooh, advantage Model Power!!!
